At Concord Aerospace, we stand behind the precision and quality of our flight-grade hardware and electronic components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our technical support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return or exchange requirements.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the electronics are placed in their original anti-static packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our engineers will inspect the components for integrity upon arrival, and your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
